Jodie Croft- Chief Executive and Founder

Jodie has worked in education since 2002, she gained a Distinction in her teaching degree and had her department judged as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted as a young teacher. She joined Future Leaders in 2009 and opened one of the first Free Schools in 2012. Jodie founded the Trust back in January 2013 and has grown four brand new schools with exceptional learning cultures. Her vision is for each school to be genuinely exceptional places to work, learn and flourish. Jodie works with the Trust Executive Team to ensure the highest of standards in every area.

Beth Gorsuch - Chief Operating Officer

Beth is a one-woman superpower with a forensic grasp of all things operational across the Trust. Beth has extensive experience working in schools and has a firm focus that every penny of school funding should be spent in the most effective way possible to achieve the best outcomes for children. Beth leads on all strategic operational matters across the schools and ensures we are above and beyond compliant with all our regulatory and statutory duties.

Sarah Bellingham - Governance and Communications Officer

Sarah is calm and confident in all matters related to governance, clerking and communication. Sarah has extensive experience working with multi-academy Trusts and school governing bodies and provides a strong steer through the magnitude of tasks related to oversight, accountability and scrutiny.
