Jodie Croft- Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Jodie has worked in education since 2002, she gained a Distinction in her teaching degree and had her department judged as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted as a young teacher. She joined Future Leaders in 2009 and opened one of the first Free Schools in 2012. Jodie founded the Trust back in January 2013 and has grown four brand new schools with exceptional learning cultures. Her vision is for each school to be genuinely exceptional places to work, learn and flourish. Jodie works with the Trust Executive Team to ensure the highest of standards in every area.

Leah Basilone - Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Leah has worked in education for many years as a teacher, deputy head, trustee and now as Deputy CEO. Leah was the founding principal of Wantage Primary Academy and led it to an 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in May 2023.  Leah has a clear vision and passion for primary education and leads on the Trust strategy for SEND, safeguarding and quality of education. She shares the Trust vision for each school to be genuinely exceptional places to work, learn and flourish. 

Sarah Bellingham - Head of Operations 

Sarah is calm, confident, and highly experienced in all aspects of governance, operations, and compliance. With extensive experience working across multi-academy trusts and school governing bodies, she provides clear direction and strategic oversight across a wide range of operational and governance functions. Sarah ensures robust systems are in place to support accountability, compliance, and effective decision-making across the Trust

Hana Hamilton – Governance and Communications Officer

Having worked at Twickenham Primary Academy for seven years, she possesses a deep understanding of school operations and the day-to-day realities of Trust life. Before moving into education, Hana was a successful Account Director and accomplished Project Manager — experience that has honed her organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. She supports the Trust Executive Team and Board through effective governance administration, strategic communications, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. Hana is recognised for her efficiency, professionalism, and ability to bring clarity and structure to complex processes.
